The hotel's location is fantastic-we were steps away from all the Christmas market magic. With my little baby and family, we enjoyed the charming atmosphere and explored nearby cultural spots like the Toy Museum. The staff was accommodating.
In my wife's opinion, a bigger breakfast area would be nice for families.

The cozy leisure room was perfect, and we enjoyed the sun terrace for some fresh air. Just a bit frustrating that check-in was a strict 3 PM. Otherwise, everything was spot on 😊

Lovely and good rooms with traditional decoration, gorgeous breakfast. Helpful service at the courtyard! Great restaurant, parking nearby. Also set short walk from a subway station.

The location was very central, just off within walking distance to a lot of attractions, the center of the town and the centre of the very pretty Colmar. There was dessert restaurant Elouise, that I found within 5 minutes' walk of the hotel. The breakfast was bountiful for reasonable prices, and the staff was amazing!
The area was very quaint.

Excellent hotel with great wi-fi, 24-hour reception, and helpful staff. I remember how they assisted me with my bags on my first stay. I highly recommend the coffee shop for a quick pick-me-up. I'm coming back for Christmas!

the rooms are reasonably large and silent with central heating, flat-screen tv and a safe. the bed was very comfy and the shower was large.
